Support & Maintenance
Statement and Policies

 
We do greatly appreciate your business.

The extent of your hosting contract is limited to basic account configuration to include email settings on our server.

At no additional charge to you, we will always provide you the
default settings as required for setting up an email account in
Outlook or any other email client as it relates to your computer.

We also offer as a free service, Visual Tutorials in Flash movie
format on our website for your convenience and help in setting
up your email account on your machine.

Should you desire free support in setting up email accounts on
your PDA or Blackberry type device, please contact your
service provider or handheld device manufacturer.

If you would like us to help you with setting up your email
account on your handheld device, the standard labor rate
of $85/ hour will apply with a one hour minimum charge.
This service can generally be done within one (1) hours time.

If you subscribe to our annual Maintenance and Support
agreement, the above charges are waived.

Our Maintenance and Support Agreements are available in
3, 6 and 12 month terms and can be purchased from our website
and are billed to your credit or debit card on a monthly basis.
All Maintenance plan purchases are non-refundable.

be changed at any time, either in writing or in person.
